John McCain's Pets

He may not be getting a whole lot of love in recent polls, but presidential candidate John McCain gets a lot of love at home from his menagerie. While Barack Obama has zero animals, McCain has about two dozen.

Here's the rundown:
- 1 English springer spaniel, Sam (pictured)
- 1 mutt, Coco (pictured)
- 2 Yorkshire terriers, Lucy and Desi
- 1 cat, Oreo
- 2 turtles, Cuff and Link
- 1 ferret
- 3 parakeets
- 13 saltwater fish

He is not offering any change, without it no one is going to be able to afford to have pets. He is a millionare, he should have animals its the least he can do.

I'm not a McCain fan, but I definitely "give a crap" about how many pets the nominees have. Its a good indication of how much compassion they have toward all living things, not just tedious people who can't see beyond their own noses. I'm not a millionaire, so far from it, but I have cats who get cared for to the best of my limited financial ability, and they will care about me even though I wear old clothes and don't have a nice house or a gas-guzzling mega-truck, or any of those things which spell success for so many people.

To All the voters who think Obama is the answer he is not. His Aunt snuck into the U.S. years ago and living on welfare. Does he give any of his money to help her? NO He also has a brother in Africa who he could care less about. All Obama does is tell the U.S. what they want to hear. It will be horrific if he gets in. Spending will be out of control and people will be living in the streets whild he keeps warm slyly in the White House. They did a great job on Obama about FAMILY but it was false. Do the celebrities think they will get a tax break? GOOD LUCK! We won't have the money to go see your movies under Obama's plans!Obama has great speech writer's but he is a lier. McCain did battle in war, was a POW and his money came because of his wife. At least they take care of their family!Good Luck everyone on Nov. 4th. You think it is tough now wait until or if Obama gets in.

I totally agree with Jen,
and not only will the economy crash greater than it already has,
getting taken out of Iraq at this point won't do anything but hurt us.
Sure Obama may know where the coolest places to eat are in Chicago,
and what designers are selling what,
but Im sure that all won't seem that appealing after we are all living in a new Depression.
For those who are still unconvinced, you are going to be the ones paying the price any how, so go ahead and vote how you want.

I love John McCain's English Springer Spaniel. I have my own pure Springer and I can just see him in the white house he has alot of energy and takes alot of hard work but I'll tell you one thing, if McCain can care for a Springer then he is truly a good man. My springer has so much energy is very vocal and you have to always keep up with him. He is a good dog had only one accident in hte house since he was 6 weeks old and that was when we just got him and were still housebreaking him he is going to be 3 in January and still has only one accident. He has never torn anything up and is extremly smart he, knows his limits. But he is still a handful always wanting to play and run and see everybody and everything and smell everything if McCain can take care of a Springer he is definetly the right dude to run this country

I have just as many pets as McCain does and I don't see myself as greedy at all. I'm an animal lover clear and simple. I have 3 dogs, a canary, 3 turtles and a bunch of fish. All but 1 dog and the fish were rescued. I opened my heart and my home. I think it might be kinda fun to have turtles cruising the White House lawn! LOL
